The contingency model includes:

  • Sourcing and top of funnel pipeline generation

  • Assistance delivering and negotiating offers

  • Regular project updates and high-level conversion rates

Ideal for:

  • Low-volume, difficult to fill, and urgent roles

Payment Structure:

  • One time up-front retainer

  • Commission tied to percentage of new hire’s first year annual salary upon successful placement
